Brief History

New Ideas Development Corporation was established in 1989.
Primarily as a patent development company.
It soon expanded into other areas affiliated with patent development and marketing of products.
Our name was well branded and we continued to diversify our operations into other areas in the early nineties.

Having also established a software development division in the Information Technology Sector in 1992, this spawned two major divisions within our company.
